Terms and conditions

of registration, payment, and participation in the Embodied Leadership Training

1.1: Participation: to participate it is necessary to complete this registration form and pay the corresponding fee (a down payment of 250 EUR has to be made until 3 months before the workshop date). The participants’ names must be indicated at the time of registration. All prices include VAT.

1.2: Confirmation: registration to the event will be confirmed by BraveHearts via email only after the down payment has been received.

1.3: Cancellation and refund are possible under the following conditions by emailing elt@bravehearts-institute.org:

  • Cancellation up to 3 months before the course date: an administrative and processing fee of €20 will be withheld from the reimbursement.
  • Cancellation later than 3 months but earlier than 1 month: 50% of the total fee will be refunded minus an administrative and processing fee of €20
  • Cancellation less than 1 month before the workshop date: no refund.
  • Transfer of registration to a different individual is possible until a week before the workshop date and must be communicated to elt@bravehearts-institute.org.

1.4: Event program: The teachers of Embodied Leadership Training reserve the right to modify the course program without notice. BraveHearts reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration. Final decisions regarding the status of each class are made two weeks before the scheduled start date. Before making travel arrangements, please contact BraveHearts to be sure enough people have registered for the Training.

1.5: The teachers of Embodied Leadership Training reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any moment. BraveHearts reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration. Final decisions regarding the status of each class are made two weeks before the scheduled start date. Before making travel arrangements, please contact BraveHearts to be sure enough people have registered for the Training. It is hereby understood that, in case of cancellation, the registration payment shall be fully refunded. BraveHearts International GmbH or the teachers of ELT shall not be responsible for any further costs, charges, or expenses suffered or incurred by the registrant.

1.6: The registrant consents to be photographed, filmed, or taped by BraveHearts International GmbH, the teachers or a third party assigned.
BraveHearts International GmbH shall have the right to use any photographs, film recordings, or images of the ELT training containing the registrant without any compensation.

1.7: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany. The German courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising from or connected with these Terms and Conditions.

1.8: These Terms and Conditions and the provisions set forth on the website represent the only Agreement in force between the Parties.

Privacy policy

If you enter a contractual relationship with us or put an enquiry to us, we will collect and use only the personal data necessary for this purpose. We collect and use personal data necessary to enable you to participate in our workshops on offer and inform you about new course offerings. All collected  data will only be stored as long as necessary for the service provided or requested by you. Legal retention periods will be met. Your data will not be forwarded to other parties without your explicit approval.
